From first booking to leaving, Maria was always responsive and on hand to advise in accessing the apartment and to answer any queries. The apartment was warm, spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The property is located in a rural location along winding and hilly country roads with beautiful views over the countryside. The nearest small town is less than 5 mins drive away where there is a grocery shop and takeaways. It is approximately 15 mins drive to Gorey where there are all the shops, bars and restaurants you’d expect to find in a larger town. We were only there for two nights and would return if we needed to be in that area again for a similar trip.

Great location near the town centre but still quiet. Really friendly host - lots of great advice about the town and lent us her son’s guitar for the local trad session! Property is a separate building at the back of the host’s house - two bedrooms, shower room and kitchen/diner, with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including if you’re cooking yourself.

Very pleasant and comfortable apartment in a quiet area of town. A perfect little spot to stay and relax while visiting friends and family. Bed was very comfortable, the apartment was warm and cosy, with anything you'd need for cooking at home. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming also, and the ducks in the garden were an adorable bonus!
