The host met us at the gate and was very welcoming, showed us all around the property, explained everything, could not have been nicer. The property was spotless and very comfortable.

I got very lost and the host came and found me. I was sick during my stay and the host was kind enough to offer to go to the pharmacy, and got me food and juice so I could recover. He is a good, kind man and helped a solo female traveler feel safe.

    This was a cute little detached apartment from the rest of the house. Nice and clean with plenty of utensils. Wi-Fi and TV just barely worked. The owner was very nice and cordial.

    Moor house was amazing. Such good value for money the house was spotless and had everything you could need for a short stay. The local area had lovely shops and restaurants and was a doable distance from Gorey. Pauline was a super host, such excellent communication from the getgo and throughout and she kindly facilitated a late check out. All and all a fabulous stay.

    Gorey is a small town with very friendly people and a good array of shops to choose from. Bernie our host met us at the door with the keys and she is a most lovely lady with a very friendly manner. Would definitely go back and stay at her apartment.

    The spa was the highlight of the hotel. We stayed in the self catering apartments, they were clean & well equipped but very noisy, we could hear everything from the apartments beside & above us.
