The guest wing at Kylemore House is a great little find. A quality furnished and fitted out apartment right on the lake. Plenty of kitchen equipment and modern feel to the apartment. Heating was excellent. Bathroom was very good with plenty of hot water pressure. Best of all, take some time out in the afternoon and morning to have a cuppa sitting on the lake side. Better still, take a plunge in the lake off the boat shed if you’re feeling courageous - it was little chilly!

Everything! My most favourite stay of my Ireland trip. The house is really beautiful and makes you feel like you never left home (very important when travelling solo!). The loch is stunning and to see it right from your apartment window is a real treat. The owner (Janet) even gave me a lift to Kylemore Abbey when there weren’t any upcoming buses - very kind.
