This was our first time in Lecce nei Marsi. We only booked for one night as I had work on Monday but I wish I had taken more days off. The property was very easy to find, but unfortunately, our Sat Nav in the rental car was not working properly and it took us somewhere else. We phoned the owner of the property, and within two minutes he came to collect us from where we had stopped. The accommodation was new. everything was perfect. The owner had prepared a few things for breakfast the next morning and left in the fridge a few drinks and milk. Everything was arranged perfectly. The room was very quiet and if you have never been to Lecce nei Marsi before I suggest you do. It is like living in a fairy tale. The place is so quiet and in perfect sink with nature. We did love every moment there. The owner suggested a restaurant for us the "Trattoria del Cacciatore" and we had dinner there. It is not very far from the accommodation. The owner was so nice. He explained everything we needed to know about the area and also offered to take us to the place we had to go in the morning. I am thinking of visiting again and I am already looking to see if I can get more days off from work. Highly recommend this property.

Very comfortable and clean home and friendly host. It is in a quiet and green spot and there is a 1-minute drive on a private road to reach the road to Sulmona, which is 5-10 minutes away. Therefore it is a convenient spot to explore the whole area. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds are comfortable, but note mattresses are pretty firm, not soft.

I stayed for many weeks and the attention from Elisa for any request or small problem in the apartment was exceptional.
The apartment is lovely, the terrace will be even better in the spring! The view across the Fucino plain and mountains is wonderful.
Celano is a beautiful hilltop town. The apartment is in a residential area just below the castle, an easy walk to restaurants and cafes.
Cooking facilities are good and supermarkets/grocery shops are within walking distance, albeit a steep hill - good exercise!
The beds are very comfortable and the fireplace is a bonus.
