We used it as a night stopover but would like to come back to spend more time in both summer and winter to truly enjoy the surrounding nature. There are restaurants and markets a short drive away but you certainly need a car for ease.

The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can cook everything. The sauna can be used at any time and also offers a great and relaxing view of nature with its glass facade. For 15 € p.p. there is a great breakfast with bacon from Verena's farm. Verena, the hostess is super friendly and always available. The bedrooms are huge with big comfy double beds and the living room, with a large flat screen Internet-connected TV was a favourite with everyone. Views were gorgeous out across the valley to the nearby mountains. The host was brilliant, from giving advice to setting us up nicely in the apartment.
