I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very comfortable and clean, with a nice big bed and fresh towels. Mr. Mih was incredibly kind and hospitable, always making sure I had everything I needed. His warm and welcoming attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and the market, which made exploring so easy. Plus, the area is quiet at night, so I was able to get a great night’s sleep. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient place to stay in phi phi .

The property is a bit further out from the piers, but that is ok. It is cheap, which would generally make it a good option.
What I didn't expect is that it is surrounded with garbage and destroyed buildings.
The room itself was small but would have been ok, apart from these 3 issues:
1: The air-conditioning was blowing directly onto the beds. Terrible.
2: The bathroom was a combination of toilet, shower and sink all in on 1 square meter. Showering flooded the room. I felt this really weird, especially that they expected us not wearing slippers in the room 🤐 I disobeyed as I was disgusted by the alternative.
3: It was windowless, and humid without options for fresh air. Technically there was a window, but a meter from behind it, it was covered with drywall, letting no natural light in. To make it worse, the air-conditioning external units operated in this enclosed space.

For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
It's an ok accomodation for the price, bit far away from the centre, but I knew that when I booked.
Only bad thing is that close enough to the bars,so night laud music guaranteed every day.But it was fine,it is party island.View nice from the apartments and I would go back.
New air-conditioning provides a rapid cool down. Double bed comfortable enough. Although the room is quite small the bathroom itself has loads of space. A daily tariff of 600 Baht makes this one of the least expensive options near the Donsai pier area. Obviously very close to hundreds of pubs, clubs, restaurants etc. Noise level low. The apartments are more or less cabins. Certainly not high quality furnishings but covers the basics and does the job for the budget conscious for a few mights in Phi Phi.
This hotel had everything we wanted for a short stay in Koh Phi Phi. It's very well located near the main streets, while also offering a good cost benefit with a good quality room.
Lovely quiet little aparthotel on the sea front . Good variety for breakfast, pancakes or eggs to order . Staff so friendly and helpful , a lovely guy with a torch to help you back to your apartment at night . Definitely stay here again .
We absolutely loved our gorgeous garden view apartment. It was so clean, comfortable and spacious. Out location was really good for getting into the main areas with great restaurants and bars nearby. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for our wonderful stay.
Location is amazing, a little cove with its own beach. Transportation is a Longtail boat that you jump out of into the shallows. Looks amazing and reception right on the beach. If you want to go into town there is a costal path but a fair walk in the sun. Apartments are lovely and it’s quite steep, so for people not mobile, it’s not for you.we loved it, the views and the vibe was amazing.
