Here’s your review in English: I recently stayed at Samya, and overall, it was a great experience. The service was excellent, the facilities were well-maintained, and everything was clean and well-organized. However, there were two things that could be improved. First, the mattresses were not very comfortable. One of the beds in our room was a bit unstable and wobbly, while another felt too soft and sank in too much. If the beds were upgraded to a more hotel-standard level of comfort, it would definitely enhance the experience. Second, the toilet in the master bedroom had a slight odor, possibly coming from the drainage system. It wasn’t too strong, but it was noticeable. Other than these minor issues, everything else was great! Fixing these would make the stay even better.

The price is beyond worth it. Guest Service is impeccable, very helpful & very quick in responding. 5 stars for the Guest Service. Really had a nice stay. Will definitely go back if we go to Bandung.
