The inside of the hotel is lovely decorated. The room was very spacious with a small kitchen and nice bathroom. Very comfortable and clean. The swimming pool area is very quiet and relaxing. A hotel that makes you feel at home.

The service was excellent, the facilities were well-maintained, and everything was clean and well-organized. However, there were two things that could be improved. First, the mattresses were not very comfortable. One of the beds in our room was a bit unstable and wobbly, while another felt too soft and sank in too much. If the beds were upgraded to a more hotel-standard level of comfort, it would definitely enhance the experience. Second, the toilet in the master bedroom had a slight odor, possibly coming from the drainage system. It wasn’t too strong, but it was noticeable. Other than these minor issues, everything else was great! Fixing these would make the stay even better.

From airport pick-up to having the same driver throughout, and Maysi, who shopped and cooked for us, it was unlike any experience we’ve had. Guest Service is impeccable, very helpful & very quick in responding. 5 stars for the Guest Service. Really had a nice stay. Will definitely go back if we go to Bandung.
