This place is awesome! The location is perfect - a small village and the villa is just a short walk to great restaurants and swimming. The villa has a really nice pool that my kids loved. The property is really well maintained and the kitchen included everything you could need. There is a mini market a short walk away or just take a taxi (Bolt) to Lidl to get whatever you need. Jozef was super helpful and provided great tips and recommendations. Take the reviews about air conditioning with a grain of salt - the set up is a smart, ecological move on the villa’s part to conserve energy. It’s more of a timer. We ended up needing less than five euros during a week in August heat. This place is a gem! We plan to return!

We enjoyed our stay and thank the 2 concierges Prajwal et Pratima for their daily hospitality. They are a key element of success for this complex. The owners are extremely lucky to have these 2 as staff and obviously must treat them very well. They make a big difference as no one else is on site to greet you except a combination number. The apartment. we had # 8, is vey spacious has a wonderful view of the country and sea, is newly renovated with quality materials and very comfortable furniture. We definitely recommend a car as driving is inexpensive and easy, allowing you freedom to explore beautiful sites, restaurants and even cross back to Malta island for the day with ferry service every 30’.

Beautiful apartment in a new building on the top floor overlooking the bay of Xlendi. The view is magnificent. The apartment itself very comfortable, everything you need inside, two bedrooms and a beautiful living room with kitchen, air conditioning that you can heat the rooms when it is still cool. Close to the bus stop. Excellent contact with the owner even though we arrived in the evening. Daniela, thank you very much for your help and concern. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for accommodation on Gozo. I would love to return there myself.
