To some ski slopes and to bigger city Mayrhofen there is only 5 minutes by car. The room had all what is needed, was clean, had very comfortable bed and small but well equipped kitchenette. The apartment was spacious, with two bathrooms and plenty of storage space. The underfloor heating was great, especially in the winter. The fast Wi-Fi was also a big plus. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. They prepared fresh pastries for us and cleared the snow around our car every day.
