Flachau’s Haus Deutinger is within a 5-minute walk of a cable car, cross country ski trails, a summer toboggan run and a ski bus stop which provides transport to the ski areas Flachauwinkl, Zauchensee...

Haus Deutinger chalet was a home away from home for us. We loved it. Christian made us feel very welcome. Christians home in the heart of Flachau was absolutely perfect for our skiing holiday. We could walk out the back, across the paddock to the ski lift. Close easy walk to the restaurants, cafe’s and supermarket when not up on the ski fields. We had a substantial daily breakfast in the dining room and Nihada made us eggs if we wished and was beautifully gentle and accommodating even though we could not speak German, she worked out our needs. I popped a bed cover under my pillow to raise it one night, that afternoon we came home to extra pillows! Now that’s service! Very perceptive, thankyou Nihada x Due to our train departure time from Salzburg, we needed to leave Flachau early. Checkout was prompt and Nihada kindly gave us some water and fruit for our car ride. We did not need to go anywhere in our car, other than when we met our daughter at Salzburg airport. Which was a comfortable 45-55 minute drive on great highways even in the snow. We went back into Salzberg to do “The Sound of Music Tour” which we thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you Christian and Nihada, we had a fabulous holiday and we hope that one day again our paths will cross. ❤️

Only 1 km from exit 66 of the Tauern Motorway, Schnitzl-Eck in Flachau features a restaurant specialized in preparing Wiener Schnitzel.

We were accommodated in other pension, not Schnitzleck for some reason. And that was great. Access to spa, separate single beds etc.

Very cozy and comfortable apartment, beautiful decorated, very clean and well equipped. Great location, delicious breakfast and wonderful host Heidi! We liked it very much!

An amazing place with great views, cute animals all around, delicious breakfasts and very friendly and helpful host Wolfgang. The rooms are very clean and well equipped and the atmosphere amazing.

Only 250 metres away from the ski lift, Appartementhaus Elmo offers a very quiet location in the centre of Kleinarl, right next to the cross-country ski run and the hiking trail.

Our host, Simone, was extremely nice and very ease to talk to. People around made the difference - always kind and forthcoming. Great food ag affordable prices. And slopes ideal for family rides but some also good enough if you need some extra adrenaline.

    We spent 5 days there in the summer with our 3 kids ( 16yrs, 13yrs and 9yrs), it was perfect for all of us! The owners were super nice and friendly, the appartment was clean, nice, new, fully equipped kitchen, good location-opposite there is a private playground, rabbits, trambouline. Quiet little town, supermarket few min walk, lot of opportunities what to do. We will surely go back again.

    Unexpected beautiful location. Pretty close to the main road but quiet as well. Excellent breakfast (delicious home made marmalades). The room was cosy with nice view and very comfortable bed. It needs to be mentioned the hospitality of the owners. From the very first moment you had the feeling that you visit a close friend... It is most certain that we will visit the place again, since this time we stayed only for a night during a roadtrip.

    Excellent place for a family vacation! Two separate bedrooms, each with private bathroom and a common living space with well equipped kitchen. All facilities, furniture and kitchenware brand new or in perfect condition. Quiet area, but within 15 minutes drive to ski resorts of Flachau or Wagrain. Easy access by car, no steep icy roads.

    The apartment is large and spacious, it has everything we need, there is a washing machine in the building, it can be used for 5 €. The official was very nice and greeted us and explained a lot about the places around the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities, it was a good visit for us. The location of the apartment on a mountain, quiet and relaxing away from the noise. It is 5 minutes from the city center.
