    The surrounding is beautiful, not too many other houses around. Very quiet with stunning view. Apartment is very comfortable, clean and spacious. It is good that we can separate the kitchen when cooking. The owners are very kind people. Whenever you need something, Michaela will bring you. Kitchen is well equipped. Wifi is working perfectly. Many nice places are close.

    Great location and plenty of garden space outside the apartment. Which was much appreciated because we travelled with our dog. The garden lounge furniture was much appreciated especially that it is covered by the terrace above so still pleasant to sit outside on warm but rainy nights. All bedrooms were spacious and light with direct access to the garden. Living/Kitchen area a bit tight if six people are staying but for two it was fine. The view from our apartment was also very nice.

    The location it's in a quiet and private area but very close to markets and everything else. Our apartment had a beautiful view on the mountains and valley. Super comfortable beds, everything you need for a full self service stay. Super close to Kitzbühel Alps Panorama Lift which leads to the whole KitzSki skiable domain. Also very convenient to reach other ski areas like Kaprun, Zell am See or even Cortina d'Ampezzo. You can buy different bio products from the farm also. Hosts very lovely and helpul.

    Great location close to the Kitzski with a mesmerising Alps view. You have everything you need at the location including sauna that you can privately book (and again has the amazing view!). Owner of the hotel was very kind and always making sure that we have everything we need. We had very pleasant stay and already looking forward to coming back soon.
