When I called the hotel owner to complain she responded. The hotel was warm and clean. The beds were comfortable.

The restaurant was unfortunately not open..wasn’t mentioned when booking. Breakfast was ok, helpful when I didn’t like the juice, brought a different kind. Eggs made to order. Room large and with nice view. The balcony is open between rooms, no divider, which felt a bit strange. Nice bed. Good desk for work. Close to Strasswalchen with a few restaurants to offer. Lake near by. Good parking.
