Typical village hotel. Not posh, new and fancy, but very original and friendly. Everything is a bit older, but clean. Good WiFi. Very friendly people and good food.

Very friendly staff - keys available on arrival. Nice room with balcony for views over a tranquil setting. Plenty of parking (use the parking on the right hand side of building). Easily accessible from motorway at Spittal. Restaurant on site was very good, as was breakfast. The Roman museum (Teurnia), a few miles away, is very good. It is split over 3 sites - the ticket office and information is at St. Peter in Holz.

Hospitality: our hosts provided a late dinner when we arrived at a late hour from our 12h train journey and cycle ride. We have booked one room with twin beds and have received two separate rooms,which was great for 2 friends on motorbikes:-). Very nice breakfast, easy check-in, covered parking, simply excellent service!
