Beautiful property in a gorgeous setting. Our room was cosy, inviting and well designed, compact but with all the space needed for a weekend stay. King bed with quality bed linen, dining table and sofa. The bathroom was luxurious and the free standing bath is a bonus. Our hosts Denis and Carolyn were so welcoming, informative and happy to have a chat. We hope to make it back again another time.

If you like old world charm and country surrounds then you will love Colby Cottages! We spent each day at the Yackandandah Folk Festival and returned to our peaceful little cottage each night. It was called the Captains' Cottage and had a nautical theme with some very interesting artifacts. The cottage was cosy, light and spacious with a very comfortable bed, quality bathroom products and breakfast provisions. Highly recommended.

    Great location with rooms that were very well appointed, clean and very luxurious. The spa bath was a welcome surprise as well as a log fire in the lounge room. Even though we didn't see any staff, their online system for admitting guests was very efficient and work well. A great place to stay no matter the time of year. I would recommend the 12 on Albert to anyone wanting a bit of luxury during a holiday.
