The room was large and clean, the hotel is good and in a great spot ... the major issue was the shuddering and grinding of the nearby tram rumbling by. It created vibrations right through the room and bed at very late and early hours. Otherwise a good place and rooms further from the line might be better.

Walking distance to Moore Park venues. Great value for money with even a continental breakfast in a nice common area. Bathroom had a funky smell and was a bit grubby.
