Fantastic location in the heart of the rainforest. Stunning views and gardens. Beautiful 360 degree veranda. The best part was Robbie and Charmaine who went out of their way to make us feel welcome, comfortable and catered for. Delicious breakfasts on the veranda were a highlight. Charmaine offered her knowledge and experience to help us get the most out of our stay.

With mountain views, Daintree Wild Bed & Breakfast is set in Daintree and has a restaurant, luggage storage space, bar, garden, sun terrace and outdoor pool.

If you want 5 star luxury, this is not for you. If, like me, you want a comfortable place to stay with an excellent host, then this is for you. The rooms are large with air-con, the bed, king size. A great walk-in shower and the basic trimmings. The breakfast is more than adequate, and Gil, the host, will do all that he can to ensure you get what you need. He will also give you a lot of info regarding the area. Yes, the place is a little rustic, but it was perfect for me. I will be going back.

Matt has built an extraordinary B&B in the middle of the rainforest with stunning views and atmosphere. It is fully off the grid and sustainable which we really appreciate but is lacking no amenities. He was very welcoming and helpful with our stay and made sure we felt right at home. Matt made us breakfast in the morning, a lovely selection of fruits, toast and all sorts of spread and he had serials as well. The room was clean and the bed comfy, sleeping with the sounds of the forest just outside was so relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we could stay longer but hopefully we can return one day in the future.
