The location was great, it's located on a larger property with picnic tables you're able to access. Be aware it is immediately adjacent to another house and overlooks a play area and pool. Not a issue but worth being aware of.

We were confused about which room/apartment was our one as we had not received any communication to help us with this.
The decor is very dated and one of the wardrobes was filled with old, dusty bedding and slippers.

Peaceful. Fresh air. Greenery. We totally enjoyed our stay at the farm. It was country heaven. It's exactly like the photos. Better than staying in a hotel/ motel. Slept soundly on the comfy bed. Lynn was so lovely. The animals were wonderful. Monty, our dog, had the experience of his life. Surprise bonus - food/drinks in the fridge and cupboards, wine, snacks. Extras like that make the stay more special. Can't get better than that. Thank you for making our trip great.

Rooms finished to a high standard, views of Hanging Rock and the Macedon Ranges were great and it was fabulous to look out onto the kangaroo herds grazing!
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
I cant recommend this property highly enough, the perfect quiet location and top facilities. Peaceful, quiet, well serviced and easy access and communication :)
Breakfast and some additional pantry items were supplied, which we weren't expecting.
Very private, location overlooking the vines.
Located right next door to the winery, which we had an awesome lunch at.
The room was so dark and quiet we slept in past our alarms, however, you had the option for sheer curtains if you would like some light in the room.
Peaceful space, car park provided, lots of information for local restaurants and attractions. The hosts went above and beyond with breakfast, we had delicious farmers milk, fresh juice, fresh fruit and vegegies and toast. It was more than we expected for breakfast.
The accomodation was lovely even better than the pics, the high roof and style made it so cosy, and made very private by being set back into the garden and set back from the quiet street. It so so clean and comfortable. Great ammenities, easy to use coffe machine.
The town itself was lovely even only being a short distance from Melbourne it still felt like a good gettaway in nature. Great food options close by too.
the property is in a great location, very quiet and beautifully presented. The breakfast in the fridge was a lovely surprise. Great communication with the owner, nothing too much trouble.
Loved the quiet location.
The cottage was very comfortable, neat and tidy and private.
We appreciated the basic provisions for cooking and the breakfast supplies and access to the herbs in the vegetable garden.
