Comfortable bed, quiet room. Loved the architecture and old machinery. Interesting bar in the basement. Great wood fire in the lobby. Good central location.

The fit out and finish of the hotel is sensational. It’s as if a boutique hotel was picked up out of the city and placed in a country town. It’s some to see to be believed. The Cordial Bar was very special, a nice place to be at the end of a long day out and about.

The hotel is stunning and a brilliant place to start or finish your trip to the Great Southern. We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed drinks and tapas for dinner in the quiet bar downstairs. The aesthetic of the hotel is warm and we felt very comfortable there.

This is the second time I have stayed, and only just discovered the Guest Valet. Stocked with everything you need, from plunger coffee, boutique teas, pillows, towels, books, fruit, fresh milk - and large mugs. The room is spacious, bathroom is roomy and clean with shelves for your own toiletries - even though there are plenty supplied. Very quiet and comfortable. The Premier Mill ranks up there with the best of hotels, and far superior to many.
