The BnB was very thoughtfully planned out. We had a big space and a private bathroom, with lots of thoughtful extras in the room. Was very quiet at night and had an amazing view of the water (as the name suggests!). We stayed in this location as it was only a 10-15 min drive to the Bruny Island ferry in Kettering. The host was lovely and prepared the most amazing breakfast for us!

The bed was incredibly comfy and I honestly had some of the best nights of sleep here, I was disappointed by the lack of a mini fridge however the bathroom was very spacious and I liked that it included a bath, there was ample space to store clothing and many outlets to plug in devices, the addition of a air conditioning unit is also nice although It did leak, the communal fridge did have a slight off smell however it wasn’t overly terrible
