Manderley Park Farmstay B&B is a recently renovated bed and breakfast in Buln Buln where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge.

We love the rustic farmhouse that is so beautifully decorated. Everything is so clean and the bed was really comfortable. Col and Robyn, our hosts, made us feel so welcome. We love the animals they have too!

    Great host. Lots of knick knacks in all the rooms was a bit off putting. Shower needed a good clean. Host was fabulous and breakfast ingredients supplied for us to cook were good. Not ready when we arrived, which is always a bit of an issue when you are travelling long distances. Absolutely stunning view and the unit is incredibly spacious.

    Old. Stunk. Seasonal workers in buses. Coming and going early morning late night, loud, absolutely disgusted. Owner told us we could have got it much cheaper if we rang direct.. This place needs to be excluded from booking.com

    Amazing view, Helen is a great host. Two dogs and horses are giving you greetings on your arrival. All needed ingredients for breaky were in the fridge. We loved the homemade jam! Spacious suite and comfortable bed.

    The suite is spacious and the the well maintained garden setting is outstanding. The views across the valley to the mountain range exceptional. We found the hostess friendly and helpful but not intrusive. The location is quiet and private. The selection of games. books etc. could be useful for a longer stay when one may have decided to spend an extended time relaxing around the suite. The selection of a few vases of freshly picked roses was a pleasant surprise.

    Great location with spacious car parks right at the door. Quiet rooms and despite being in a front room I wasn’t disturbed by traffic. Bed was comfortable.
