It was my first experience at a B&B and I must say I quite liked it, the hostess is very friendly and helpful, she made every effort to make our stay at this place comfortable, Broel4 is located on the river Lys and very close to the Broel towers but location is still quite peaceful and quiet during night. Breakfast is freshly prepared (every morning bread and croissants are freshly made by the lady of the house), enough variety for every taste, evening tea time is quite nice as well. Each room has a unique design with personal touch and washrooms are very well kept and clean. Rooms either face the river or interior garden. Good price/quality ratio.

Fantastic! Super friendly and helpful hosts. Very modern, comfortable, and clean rooms right on the canal. Close to all the historic sites, shopping, and restaurants in Kortrijk. Easy access to walk or bring your bikes and ride the path along the canal. Breakfast was perfect and served right on time. Can't speak highly enough about our stay!

Everything about this place was wonderful. Veroniek was very helpful, suggested a lovely place for dinner, made us great breakfast and really made our stay really stress-free.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
The hosts are amazing people, serving you an excellent breakfast, and helping their guests with everything. The location is my favorite place when I am in this region: a very comfortable king size bed, a big bathroom with a modern shower, and parking in front of the house.
Great place, well located, quiet and amazing hospitality by the hosts.
Rooms are stylish, very clean and comfy.
We really enjoyed the breakfast with lots of choice and high quality items.
Will definitely stay there next year.
