Hosts are great. Breakfast was great, great food. Location is great. Amenities are great.
The price is a bit high, but it is during the highest peak of the season in this region, during the Tour of Flanders, De Ronde van Vlaanderen, a cycling event. So that might explain why.

It was a lovely annex to the owners home with a jacuzzi and sauna for us to use as part of the accomodation. The room was very stylish and tastefully decorated. The bed was large and comfortable. However sleep was poor because of ambient light even with an eye mask and had to leave doors open to get air circulation otherwise needed to use air conditioning.Breakfast was disappointing. The hosts were cheerful and very accommodating and we liked their little dog and massive well kept garden.
