More than just a quadruple room with bathroom. It is actually a modern flat with 2 separate bedrooms with comfy beds, a toilet, shower room and an open plan well equipped kitchen/dining room/lounge with 2 separate seating areas. We had to leave early in the morning so hosts kindly accommodate us with sorting out our breakfast a night before so we can have it in the flat instead of the b&b dining area. The pool was great for kids to let the steam off.
