Amazing host, so warm and friendly.. Rooms beautiful lots of attention to detail and really comfy.
Breakfast was out of this world. An absolutely delicious feast so much work and effort looked incredible and tasted even better.. Fresh home made rolls, eggs cooked to order, delightful platters of fruits, meats and cheeses, cereals, fresh Juices, tea and coffee, pastries was amazing.
Would not hesitate to recommend or stay here again.

Everything was fantastic, warm welcoming with full explanation. Place was super clean and well organised and full equipped, everything that u needed was considered. Free beverages and snacks were also provided by host. Breakfast was served in the morning as well, so fresh and delicious. If you want to enjoy a relaxing evening 100% I recommend this lovely place and definitely I would come back.

The breakfast was amazing everyday!
Our host Joseline was absolutely fantastic, extremely kind, informative and welcoming.
She provided us with a beautiful breakfast every morning with bonus pancakes, bacon and eggs.
The jacuzzi was set in a beautiful garden with a koi pond. The location was perfect too, a 5 minute walk from the Grand Place so it was ideal, and free parking was available just a 5 minute walk from the b&b but you can also park right outside for 30 minutes to unload your suitcases if you need. It was easter weekend when we stayed and we got a visit from the Easter Bunny on Sunday who gave us belgian chocolate easter eggs!

Fantastic bed and breakfast just behind the main square in leper (Ypres). Rooms are large and very comfortable with drinks, snacks and a mini bar. The host was very welcoming and made us feel at home. Breakfast was €25 but well worth it. A huge spread of fresh bread, pancakes, pastries, ham, cheese and other treats. Can't recommend enough!
