Upon arrival we were impressed by the friendly and accommodating manner of the desk attendant. The room room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the Nespresso coffee. In the morning we required help with the wifi and the manager came to the room to reboot it. His help was greatly appreciated.

    - Room was basic but had everything we needed for a quick stop off between Jasper and Whistler - Laundry service was a nice extra - Great location for accessing the centre of Kamloops - be prepared to walk up hills though! Parking in town was very easy and either cheap or free depending on when and where you park

    Great location with onsite bar/restaurant. Breakfast served there was very good. Housekeeping were very kind and did everything they could to move us to a quiet room at the back of the hotel for which we were so grateful.

    Good, clean rooms. Staff was friendly. Decent breakfast and great location. The hotel was very busy but it was quiet and the staff was helpful and friendly. Our pet friendly room was clean. The beds were great as well as the pillows. Nothing we didn't like.

    Lovely spacious area, great hosts. Clean and comfortable rooms. Bonus extras (tea and coffee, filtered water, milk, etc) were a very nice surprise. Located on a quiet street. Washing machine and dryer on-site, several restaurants nearby.

    My family and I loved the experience of our stay. The suite was very beautifully decorated and clean. Especially loved the private koi pond and was amazed by how creatively it was designed. Had a lovely time during our stay! Thanks to Karen and her hospitality. Great host. Highly recommended!
