The hosts were great; though we only spoke English and they spoke Swiss German they found a way to understand our requests including asking an adult son to come over to translate. It is in a rural location so there is limited shopping nearby. But we chose the location because we were planning to take an evening cable car to the top of Santis mountain. It is conveniently located close to the awe-insnspiring mountain. When you stay here, you'll have a clean place to lay your head and feel like you're seeing life in Switzerland as so many folks live it.We had a delightful experience there.

The historic building has been beautifully renovated and is very clean. Daniel is such a great host, very knowledgeable of the area and will go the extra mile to ensure you are taken care of. We look forward to returning one day.

I don't really understand the very high ratings and positive reviews for this place. Overall, it was not bad but certainly not like how it has been described in the other reviews. The host was really nice - she came to greet us upon our arrival and introduce the place. The chalet vibe of the place is very homely and cosy. Overall, the place was generally clean and you can tell the host has tried her best to make the place as functional as possible. Location is not bad - just off the highway and close to key places we were visiting in the area.

The property was in a rural area and quite beautiful. We weren’t there long but there was a map in the room of what looked like many beautiful hikes and mountain biking trails. We got up on the morning and walked on an exercise trail- not sure what it’s called in German- but it was delightful. We traveled into Liechtenstein and had our passports stamped at the visitor center.
