The room was very cozy, there were plenty of hangers in the cupboards, the room was very quiet and well equipped, one could not hear any noise from the corridor nor from the adjacent rooms. The mattresses are very comfortable. There is an excellent breakfast buffet with fresh bread from the village bakery. Just a 5 minute walk from Wengen station which is only a 15 minute train ride from Lauterbrunnen. Wengen is so lovely and a lot quieter than Lauterbrunnen. The buffet breakfast was excellent, so much choice. Downstairs had free tea and coffee all day and night, games to play and books to read.
