    Good basic hotel, nothing fancy, just what I needed. Staff was super friendly, addressed me by name each time I came in. They offered some coffee when I checked in. Wifi works, TV in the room, good A/C (needed in this hot climate) and a small balcony overlooking the street. The cucuta town area isn't really special but I was visiting a friend and for that purpose, the hotel was good. They have private parking if you need. I can't remember if it's free or not.

    A very nice hotel in the city center. The staff is great and helpful. If you ask they also can help to organise some tours. The breakfast was delicious. Our room was totally clean and they cleaned it daily. Wifi was good and strong. There is no elevator but the staff helped us carrying our luggage. The safe gated parking with security for motorcycles and cars just across the entrence of the hotel was included. The staff there was very nice and took great care of our bikes. We would definitely come again here!

    The breakfasts were marginal. There was a short order cook a few mornings. Most days there was precooked eggs that were already cold and not cooked the way I like. There were no sweets included in breakfasts. The location was convenient for me. It's better than being in city center.
