I also recommend to eat lunch and dinner in the hotel as they have cheaper prices than in the city. The room was tidy and the bed was really comfy. The location is private, yet easy to reach the rock and Guatape. Kayaking in front of the hotel and pool + jacuzzi in the sister hotel is included in the price. The private room was really good value for money, we had a tv, private bathroom, blanket, towels, soap, hot water etc. Very quiet in the hostel which was perfect - away from the noise of the other streets. The shared kitchen was good, had all the utensils we needed and had a lovely view of Guatapé.
