During our whole stay we haven’t had WiFi and weren’t able to unlock our doors (rooms have smart locks), the only explanation that we had was that it was for the WiFi issue that last the whole week. The staff gave us a master key that could unlock every room in the hotel, so it we felt very insecure. Also, we got a room with a hole above the door and the window had a kind of ventilation that caused the coldest nights I have ever had. We had to put a pillow in the door hole and a scarf on the window to have a warm night. The landlord always ignored my messages and just gave me flat answers. Wouldn’t come back.

Wonderful spot! Stylish, Clean and comfortable. The host and staff were so helpful. Helping us with anything we need. Tasty fresh made breakfast. Easy location for Ubers to find. Close to Usaquen which is a very safe area. It was a perfect stay!!
