The hotel is in a good location, near the beach, restaurants, and bars. The WIFI and air conditioning were excellent. Good shower and hot water. Staff were helpful getting us a taxi and showing us where the ATM is (it did not have any money, stock up on cash before you go to Olon).

The location is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. 5 minute drive to Olon in a taxi. The view from our room was beautiful and the pool was very nice. The property is beautiful and worth it for the price. Very closet o lots of restaurants and shops. They gave us the number of a taxi service that we would use to get to Olon for $1.50. Room had air conditioning and was comfortable.

The two hostesses were pleasant, efficient and kind. The best local surf spot was right out the back gate. The deck was excellent for viewing the activities. Great restaurants were close by. Considering it's location it was quiet at night. Great for sleeping.

The accommodations were fantastic. Two swimming pools.. a bar with a fantastic staff, pool table, ping pong table, and personage who were easy to talk to and very friendly.. any kind of problems were met immediately by a very friendly bilingual manager named David.. within walking distance to montanita Beach, pet friendly, great Hollywood theme associated with the place, and just all around good service and good ambiance.. very pleased with my experience

    Great place with amazing people who are running it. The location is very good, very close to a beach and the it is very cheap. You get what you pay for, don't expect a luxury, but it is simple, good and friendly.

    A nice quiet hostel in Olón. Very close to the beach - less than a 5 minute walk. Also close to restaurants etc. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and had a hot shower. The bed linen was changed during our stay. Strong wifi and a large communal kitchen for cooking.

    Peter is a lovely host who makes you feel at home right away. He puts a lot of attention to details and I enjoyed the beautiful garden and numerous facilities, such as board games, ping pong table or the hammocks a lot. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of space to cook and mingle - another plus! The location is equally great: very close to the beach and the village, but quiet and safe. I would recommend this place in particular for families with children.

    Very comfortable cottage, with all of the amenities you need for a few days stay. It was hard to see from the photos that the BBQ area, etc. are in the back garden - we thought this was a communal area, so nice to find it was our own private space. and the additional showers and bathroom outside were great.

    everything was very clean and tidy. it was difficult to keep some insects away from the room but it was not that annoying. The jacuzzi was very nice. I think it is very necessary to arrive by car in order to be able to move around since the lodge is in a nice quiet place, but quite far away from the beach.
