The property was delightfully quirky! Wonderful artwork and totally unusual lighting. The owner was absolutely delightful and very welcoming. We would thoroughly recommend, especially as situated in quiet beautiful countryside, yet only 5 minutes from the motorway. All was excellent!

Featuring a shared lounge, Le pré de la rue is located in Bouesse in the Centre region, 41 km from Val de l'Indre Golf Course.

The breakfast was very good, continental with homemade breads, cakes and jams. Delicious yoghurt and apple puree with cereal. The dinner we had was also homecooked and excellent. We arrived quite late the first night and the host booked us in to a lovely restaurant in the next door village. The countryside was very pretty with a nice view while eating breakfast . The host was kind and helpful. The rooms are beautifully done and it was good to have a pool that was very clean and warm.

The cottage was in a lovely, quiet countryside location. We only stayed one night,, breaking a long drive to the South of France, and would love to stay longer on another occasion.
