I would love to give them a 10, as we loved the guys, but some areas need care. They all made you smile and were delightful. It's quirky, original, different and a calm open setting. The room was very comfortable, large and great shower- all the oriental artifacts and styling great. Very convivial well cooked dinner. It just needs some tlc outdoors in terms of furniture, cushions etc. Jean Louis a gem.

The hosts were very hospitable and made an effort to make us feel at home. Staying in the chateau was special. The house is regal and interesting and it's surroundings are beautiful countryside scenery.

No-one travels to La Bouillarde for the delights of city life. Rather, it's a really lovely place set in the midst of stunning nature, with access to some spectacular scenery. The reception from our host was all one could wish for, and we took our breakfast outside looking out across the fields. What a special place!
