The property is breathtaking! Beautiful building and tasteful interior. It was perfect for our large family visiting. The host really put extra effort into making us, and our children, feel welcome and comfortable.

The hostess was extremely nice and helpful. The room was super clean and had everything we needed. I loved the nice selection of hot tea. Breakfast was served in a beautiful room and very good. The location is convenient to visiting Chartres, yet in a peaceful area. There is ample parking, in case you bring a car. We rented a car locally and had a problem with the car, but Evelyne's son was nearby and helped us. He was wonderful! We highly recommend La Rosace.

The host Colette is lovely and all the special little touches are there. She even came out to help us get our parking spot. The breakfast was good and the accommodations were very warm and inviting and the bed comfortable. It takes about 10 minutes to walk into the town. I would highly recommend!

La Ferme de Spoir is a wonderful traditional farm. We stayed for one night with our family and the rooms were amazing. Super comfy, incredibly clean and all of that in a beautiful environment with a nice view on the river.
The thing that really stands out is the possibility to join the host for a home cooked meal. We enjoyed a lovely dinner with some other guests and it really added to the overall experience. Breakfast was great as well, but don't expect a full continental breakfast.

You simply cannot get closer to the Cathedral. Beautiful location. Close to good restaurants and shops too.
