We had the most wonderful time at this BnB. It's in an idyllic part of the New Forest, very much stepped in history. Once we crossed the front step into the accommodation we realised we were in for a treat. We had one of the upstairs rooms, hidden away one step below many of the others in the house, and with a view over the gorgeous woodlands. Each morning we were greeted warmly when we stepped into the dining room, and there was indeed a great breakfast as many others have pointed out. The final and saddest step in our visit was driving out, though it was impressive passing through the impressive gardens and lawn in front of the house, which was teeming with partridges.

Great location. Right on high street. The rooms are bright and clean and the staff could not be more helpful. The breakfast is full English and is delicious.

Very beautiful building in a lovely setting, rooms were amazing! Bed was very comfortable, everyone was very lovely.

Staff very welcoming made our stay very pleasant,breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect as we don't have a car the bus stop was just outside,and very frequent.all in all a very pleasant few days break.Thanks to all staff concerned to make this possible, would recomend the Balincourt to anyone.
