Situated within 26 km of Eilean Donan Castle in Kyle of Lochalsh, Kirkton Bay House Bed and Breakfast features accommodation with seating area.

Absolutely outstanding. Fabulous accommodation with amazing attention to detail. There was everything that you needed and more - coffee machine, milk frother, beautiful bathroom with toiletries as well as superb quality bedding and towels. I would definitely describe Kirkton Bay as a high end boutique style b&b with the added bonus of breathtaking views across to Skye. It is definitely one of the very best places we have ever stayed and we would recommend it without reservation. We can't wait to return! The hosts are so friendly, helpful and welcoming too.

Offering a garden and garden view, Heatherbrae Cosy Wooden Pod is situated in Kyle of Lochalsh, 15 km from Eilean Donan Castle and 37 km from Museum of the Isles.

Fantastic base to explore the region. The pod was really cosy and equipped with everything we needed, and only a short walk into the village. Heather was a great host, we wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Set in Kyleakin, within 2.9 km of Kyle of Lochalsh and 17 km of Eilean Donan Castle, Isle of Skye Guest House offers accommodation with a garden and free WiFi as well as free private parking for...

The most uncomfortable beds any of us (group of 4 in 2 rooms) have ever experienced! They were squishy & lumpy, squeaking & wallowing whenever you moved, which was often when trying in vain to get comfortable! All the rooms at the front have a bright floodlight mounted directly above the window. We had one of these rooms and the inadequate curtains meant this outside light was streaming into the bedroom all night long. Also in this room, the only window (none in bathroom) was sealed shut so we had no ventilation (pretty sure this is illegal). There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and the property looks generally uncared for outside - it no longer looks like their photo. We were booked for 2 nights but found somewhere else for the second night as couldn’t bear the thought of another night in the horrible house with no sleep. We never saw a member of staff & have received no response to our messages of complaint - 5 DAYS ago. All we have received is a discount code to book again, but we wouldn’t stay again if they paid us!

Located on the Isle of Skye, Broadford House Skye has rooms with free WiFi. The twin rooms have a shared bathroom whilst the other rooms at the property have an ensuite bathroom.

The breakfast was very good, there was a good choice. We had porridge with fresh fruit and scrambled eggs. The portions were generous and everything was fresh and well cooked.

Everything was perfect!! Like a second home, I’ve never felt so comfortable anywhere as staying at Heather’s Guest House. Has everything you need & more, and well laid out. Twin room (& ensuite) is very spacious and private (no shared landing). Slept so well in the comfy bed. Location is excellent, so close to Isle of Skye bridge but in a quiet area. Heather was so lovely & welcoming, wonderful host. Good parking space.

The room! we had the suite. It was big, spacious, very comfortable bed. Room was quiet and well equipped. The hotel itself is well placed as a jumping point for daytrips in Skye / Plocton area. The private parking is yet another big plus if you arrive by car. Breakfast was fine indeed (as opposed to dinner).
