The Personal touch, the fantastic SCOTTISH Breakfast and the genuine concern for my welfare as the weather was quite inclement for someone South of the Border and so I was well communicated with about the state of the roads.

Wow !
What a superb stay at Edinburgh Full House 🤗
It was superbly located on the edge of the city , a 15 min bus journey into town, with the bus stop right outside the hotel.
We were greeted on our arrival with a lovely welcome to the spotless room and facilities.
The breakfast was just what you need to start the day before exploring such an exciting city.
The staff were so helpful and very friendly and we will certainly return when we visit Edinburgh with our Grandchildren in the near future .
All in all, the Edinburgh Full House offered amazing quality and value for money .
Thank you 🙏

Shower not acceptable. Although reading and following the instructions the hot water did not work properly. The mattress was too soft and obviously cheap quality. For 95 £ a night there can be expected more. Positive: quiet room.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.

Quiet and comfortable stay. Restaurant downstairs from room. Lovely walk along canal. Food is great. Relaxing bath salts smelt lovely. Tea and coffee in room.
Quiet and very convenient location to the airport . An easy distance too to get into central Edinburgh city . They also have a specific gluten free menu available and the food was top notch.
Attention to detail, beautiful breakfast. Beautiful views. Owner was very welcoming and kind.
Great directions to the property. Would stay again.
Nice and quiet property. Close to bus and rides into Edinburgh.

Breakfast was also good for us as we usually have cereal only but plenty of choice plus fresh fruit yogurt pastries.
