Offering a shared lounge and garden view, Upstairs Hotel Tbilisi is located in Tbilisi City, 3.2 km from Freedom Square and 3.5 km from Rustaveli Theatre.

The accomodation is located on a hillside so maybe it could seem a littlebit far from the center, but actually 3 local buses goes up to the area and Bolt taxi is really cheap so it never was a problem to go home even during night time. Because of this hillside location you get an excellent, almost 360° panorama from the terrace, you can see the whole city from above every night and monrning so it is definitely worth to book this place. It is just beautiful. The hosts are really kind and helpful. The lady who manages the hotel is very friendly and she makes MARVELLOUS breakfast every morning - with local dishes and greens from her own garden. She even placed white local wine in the fridge for us. When we left early she packed us a breakfast package so we can eat it on the road. She is a really good company too and she can give you knowladge of wide variety of Georgian topics. The room was nice with a clean bathroom and with a terrace. There was an air conditioner that we used for heating because the weather outside was kinda grim during our staying. To sum up it is a really friendly place and we can only reccomend it to stay here instead of some really expensive and generalized places.

We loved the staff - both hosts were really nice people and helpful. The location is simply perfect - if you like to stay in the city center. Breakfast - although we had to pay extra - was lovely: homemade sweets (our favorite), yogurt, bread.

A good location for a relaxing getaway in Tbilisi City, Ma Xata is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the garden.

Great roof top view. Excellent greeting. They even helped to change my flat tyre early in the morning with pleasure. Room was very comfy. Toilet and bath were excellent. Overall its worth for more than i paid. Will book the same stay if i have to come Tbilisi again. Thanks so much ❤️

Irena and Maria were vey helpful, hospitable and nice to chat with. The room was clean and beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was served and brought to our room on time every day. The location is great, everything is close and you can walk to the Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi and Bridge of Peace in less then 15 minutes (each destination separately from the hotel). The window did not seal completely, but it was still a silent neighbourhood so it didnt bother us. They also offered us room change, as the other windows worked properly. If you are here in warm weather it is no problem and if its bad, you have option to put ac on and more blankets. But they told us they will get it fixed, so I am sure the next time we stay here everything will be 10/10.

In the Vake district of Tbilisi City, close to Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre, Mais Guest House features a shared lounge, free WiFi and a washing machine.

We have booked two rooms in this 3-room apartment, and both rooms were very clean and tidy, with a beautiful balcony where one could enjoy morning coffee. Every necessary facility was available, such as hot water, a washing machine, TV set with a variety of TV channels, free Wi-Fi, etc. The location was very nice, with lots of cafes and restaurants all around. What I particularly liked was the smooth communication with the host. I definitely recommend this place.

Pros: great location in one of the most beautiful region of Tbilisi. Nice and helpful hosts. Nice view from the balcony. Apartment has a small kitchen, fridge and everything you might need. Cons: The mattress in my room wasn't comfortable, too soft. Sound insulation is bad, I heard almost everything my neighbors did. The apartment is tiny but it's ok if you are staying alone. Overall, it's good place to stay if you're traveling alone. Nice location in 5 min walk from the metro station.

    Great bed & breakfast hotel in the center of Tbilisi- on Freedom Square. I knew it was just B&B, so no surprises there, but the location is unbeatable. The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. Perfect spot for a cozy stay in the city.

    This hotel is in a great location, just over the river from the city centre. There is a 24 hour reception and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with good wifi and plenty of power sockets. It was hot so I appreciated the air conditioning and small refrigerator. It was quiet except for some noisy guests on the last night.

    Very warm and welcoming hosts! Quiet location in city center, many Tbilisi attractions could be reached by foot. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay) It was really quiet in apartment, in spite of central location. Windows open into inner court, which is also rather quiet) Anna and her parents were very pleasant to talk to, they are really great hosts! They were very kind even to offer private guided tours for us. Definitely a great place to return to!

    A great location close to Rustaveli Ave. Well appointed rooms with stylish decor and comfy beds. Close to shopping and transport, plenty of eating options nearby. There was an umbrella at the door. A small quiet truly boutique stay. Lyudmila was extremely helpful with check in and throughout our stay.

    It has a great location. Close to the center (6-7 minutes from Shota Rustaveli Avenue) and still quiet. Approaching it involves a bit of walking up the hill, but nothing too bad at all! I booked the cheapest room which was big enough for one person and was also nice and clean. The staff was happy to help me and they prepared breakfast that was enough for me for hours.

    Really good hotel. We were checked in quickly and efficiently and the receptionist was charming, welcoming and very helpful. The room was lovely, large, comfortable and very well equipped and had a fantastic view (from the bathroom too) over the neighbouring garden and Tbilisi old town. Very quiet too despite its central location. Very easy walk to Europe Square, the Old Town and city centre. Excellent breakfast on the terrace with wonderful city views. Very good value for money and highly recommended.
