best place to stay in Kokkari. Perfect location. This room has everything you may need, maybe even more. I have never had such a comfy pillow at any hotel, which is very important to me :) nice to brew filter coffee and enjoy it at the yard. Room is very clean, everything has backups, you feel just like home. The host is available and flexible about check out hours. Many thanks!

Maria’s Room has it all: beautiful location with a great view balcony and as such absolutely quiet despite absolutely central Kokkari location just steps from Bars and Restaurants. The room provides all one needs including Tea/Coffee kettle, plates, sizable fridge and even iron&board. AC is well positioned not to disturb. Nasos is a very helpful and kind owner.

Very nicely located one row back, at the centre of the main waterfront of Pythagorean. My comfortable room, with a neat little balcony and all essential comforts, was perfect for a solo traveller like me and would do nicely for a couple. The property as a whole is quite charming, and surrounded by eating places, shops of all types, bakeries and small supermarkets. It’s a very short trip from Samos airport, and only about 10-15 minutes Samos (Vathy) ferry port. Best of all is the warm welcome and cheerful hospitality of our lady host Chrissis, and her affable husband. In a land of warm-hearted people, she and he still stand out. I wished I had booked for longer.

Acropol is set on the seafront in Pythagoreio, 100 metres from Tarsanas Beach and 400 metres from Remataki Beach.

The room was very clean and the cleaners came daily. The ceiling fans and air con were a welcome relief from the heat. All the staff were very friendly . The host made us feel very welcome and there was homemade cake in our room. Highly recommend this property.

The room is modern, clean, comfortable and quiet - that's all that we ask for. Not every room has a view, but our room did have a nice view of the water and the hills and a balcony. Friendly proprietor.

The room was very spacious with a kettle and fridge. There were also plates, dishes and cutlery if you want to buy food to eat in. Karin and Nikos were lovely and helped me find a friend who has not been well. Would highly recommend
