Our visit was only a few days before Christmas and the property (both inside and out) was beautifully decorated for the season. The proprietors were very welcoming and organized. The country setting was peaceful and quiet. The breakfast, which included a variety of options and two homemade breads, was excellent. Close proximity to Knock, where we attended the Carols by Candlelight at the Basilica. Also close proximity to Claremorris and Kiltimagh, which offer a variety of dining options. I suppose the ultimate gauge in any review is whether you would return and the answer here is an absolute yes!

Ann was amazing! She was so kind and helpful. She was able to make us a dinner reservation after arriving. The room was perfect. Would definitely book here again!

The beds were VERY comfortable: firm yet also soft (pillow top). The hosts—Martin and Orla—went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The room was super clean and there was plenty of hot water for morning showers. The room came with a water boiler tea, milk, and instant coffee. Aside from NOT being walking distance to town, it was perfect!

Our hostess was warm and personable, very accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night to break up the drive from Galway to our Northern Ireland adventures, but would have loved to stay longer. It was a *beautiful* home!

It is a great location in the center of a small town. It was really nice to have a kitchen to use to make breakfast and coffee. Host was so very accommodating on our check-in and check out. The bed was really comfortable and the room was quiet.
