I was walking the Wicklow Way and my stay at Central House couldn't have been better: Sean was extremely communicative and offered a ride to cover the several kms to Shillelagh so I didn't have to walk on the busy road. The common room was perfect and had everything a walker could want: tea and coffee, biscuits, bottled water, and a good supply of self-serve breakfast items for the next morning. There were even supplies to make sandwiches to take for the next day! I can't think of anything that could be improved, and for a solo-female walker, I felt very comfortable staying at Central House. Thank you Sean!

We were on a motorcycle trip. Sean was great about providing us with secure, off-street parking for our rented BMW. The room we stayed in was very pleasant and comfy. He even provided snacks and breakfast basics, which we'd not expected. The town itself was quiet and very charming.
