Unusual in our experience to have fish for breakfast so it was a nice change from sausage, bacon.

Starts with a delicious Irish Porridge and followed on by a breakfast of choice; my veggie option consisting of greens, mushrooms, beans and poached eggs was deliciously prepared 👍👍

I was greeted by the lovely friendly owner. The room was big and clean with a very large and comfortable king bed. The room had a fridge, good-sized TV, and an electric kettle. The tea and chocolate biscuits were good quality and there was milk in the fridge. The bathroom was a good size, very clean, and had a tub which is a luxury these days. Overall, great value for money.

Good value for the price. Very clean with friendly staff.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
A truly lovely country house hotel that has been sympathetically extended and sits in an outstandingly beautiful and quiet location by the water's edge. Delightful staff and such a comfortable sitting room with sofas and a log fire. Spacious and very well appointed rooms with modern ensuite bathroom. The spacious dining room is a wonderfully light and voluminous conservatory where we had an excellent breakfast overlooking the mature and luscious garden.
Easy check in - keys in lockbox
Everything you could need or think of for a stay was included at the cottage. We don't have young kids, but lots of baby equipment.
Very close to Dogs Bay. Great location. Secluded, peaceful and private.
Kitchen was equiped with everything you could need, including condiments.
Master bed was very comfortable.
Bonus it's dog friendly.
Great Location. Great Host in Richard. Very friendly man.Very homely feel. Nice fresh continental breakfast with tarts fruits cereals fresh breads and jams. Very comfortable bed and hot showers.
The breakfast was the best we have ever had with cereals, a wide variety of fresh fruit, a baked fruit pie, different home made breads, smoked salmon, pate and cheese. We loved the house and its history, its electic collection of beautiful furniture, antiques and paintings. The location was splendid, at night the sky was sloe black and you could listen to the silence, yet it was near the village. Richard, our host was charming, helpful and informative.
It's a fabulous house with an amazing garden. If you are looking for peace and quiet and a place to relax this is it. Richard the owner makes you feel incredibly welcome.. Breakfast is continental. Usually it finishes at ten but let us come down as late as we liked! He gave us a tour of his garden which was really interesting and enjoyable Richard was a great host there to help but in no way intrusive. We were practically given the run of the house. Thank you Richard Errisbeg House and your hospitality was just what I needed!
