Fantastic location for strolling in to Kinsale. The little hut on the water is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast or a drink. The room itself is very cosy with heaters and a stove. Would definitely return and will recommend to friends and family

Location , decor and food was very good in the cafe
Situated in the centre of Kinsale, this stylish Georgian building is a 4-star family run guest house offering boutique-style rooms. Fully Licenced bar, restaurant and sheltered courtyard.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
The room smelt of dampness, no tea or coffee in the rooms, toilet didnt work, beds like concrete, breakfast consisted of a piece of toast and a banana, wouldn't really call it a b and b, a good old Irish b & b of the past consisted of a proper slapup breakfast 🤣🤣. Not to worry a lidl across the road with fresh cheap croissants etc....every cloud 😀
This B&B was so lovely! Great location- within easy walking distance of town/ close to lots of shops, restaurants, pubs, etc. We had a gorgeous view of a huge hydrangea bush from our room and it was very quiet. The breakfast was lovely- there was a huge spread of food, hot coffee, fresh juice, etc. And the hosts were so kind.
Great location a short walk from the centre of Kinsale. Quiet area. Staff were friendly. Everything you need from a B&B
