1.3 km from Lingmala Falls, Aroma Residency 2bhk villa & delux rooms is a recently renovated property set in Mahabaleshwar and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking.

Everything else is perfect and best except for narrow access to Aroma Residency. Cool and calm stay, food was not available that day but could find restaurant nearby walking distance.

This hotel is exactly in center of Mahabaleshwar and shopping bazar (on 100 mtr) at very happening place but once you go inside the property, you will feel like you are at the pick silence and sitting somewhere where no one is around you in 5 km periphery. So it is exact balance. There are simple 4 rooms and is huge open place which feels very nice and unlike other rich hotel rooms where you are restricted to just 1 room. No parking issue. Care taker are friendly. Looking at gate, you may feel doubt about property but just the gate is in bad condition. Only one issue I faced, being a vegetarian, I hate even a smell of non-veg but outside property while walking to main road, all hotels and restaurants near property are full of nonveg smell and sight (for 100 mtrs).

    Big shout out to pramod chef. He was so sweet and gave us food according to our preference and diet restrictions. Super tasty food. Good accommodating staff and clean rooms. Service on point. The hotel is at nice location. Last time in mahabaleshwar we booked something really far by mistake and that was horrible. This hotel was right in the market and very convenient. Very very cheap for the value they gave. So much food and activities with a big room for hardly 2700 rupees we booked.

    The size of the rooms and quietness. The location was great near Mapro garden though the access road was little unsafe. we had booked two side b side rooms and it was all good for a short stay of 2 nights with family of four (a couple and 2 young children).
