They separately pinged to ask me to cancel the reservation around the midnight before telling me it was already booked. Threw off my plans a lot to add to asking me to cancel when there are cancellation charges. Then I had to call booking.com to sort it out. So didn't end up staying at the property. But not good experience on trip cancellation like 12 hours before arrival.
