Such a lovely peaceful place to stay! The Amrit Goa is only a 5 minute walk from the main street with all of the noise and traffic but it is totally quiet at the Amrit( well except for the rooster next door but we liked him!!) Maybe 10 minutes to the beautiful Candolim beach with many places to eat and lounge. Breakfast was always delicious and the staff were so kind and helpful. Thank you Catherine for all of your help and suggestions for dining and for a tour guide.

We stayed here to visit Candolim & other parts of North Goa. This is a family run property. The owners stay on the ground floor. The location is very close (just walking distance) to the Candolim beach in an area where all required shops & restaurants are nearby. The property itself has limited parking, however the Candolim beach parking (paid) is located just besides, we had parked our car there & it was very convenient to get to it for our daily trips in North Goa.
The room has all the amenities like wifi, geyser, AC, refrigerator, fan, etc & also a private balcony. Breakfast/lunch/dinner facility is available & food can be ordered to be brought to your room or rooftop.
On top of this, the owners Arnold & Melania & the roomboy Raju were very warm, friendly & polite. This property has got a very lovely vibe of family, which made our stay really pleasant. Arnold & Melania were always willing to help us with anything. We were with our infant & my family felt safe & comfortable here. Overall, it was really worth it & we had a fantastic experience !! We feel this is the best accomodation in North Goa especially when visiting with family.

I must say to all this was the best place I could have ever stayed in. It's so close to the beach and filomena ma'am was so caring all the time and talking about cleanliness never give a single thought. It's will be a second home now.
North Goa if you are planning in a budget trip then go for Henrys and I assure you that you will not regret
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
A wonderful quaint property at the end of the town. Away from all the hustle bustle nestled in between a mini forest right below the fort. Just so perfect to have a cool quiet time. I was here for a work from home setup and it worked great for me. Just what i wanted. The staff was super friendly and kind. Accommodated to all my needs. Sajjan the manager is such a great guy, spent plenty time chit chatting with him during my free time. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, rustic looking dog friendly place.
I have travelled the world and this is my favourite hotel ever, clean, beautiful, quiet, stunning decor, but most of all, the manager Sajjan and his team were just wonderful, a genuinely delightful hotel and a stunning g home for out week in Goa.
The Villa is in a quiet backstreet, but still close enough to all the nice restaurants in the village. The Beach and the Sinquerim Fort is also just a short walk away. The family who owns the Villa are very kind people. They gave us a lot of great recommendations in the area.
Marbella is a beautiful, traditional style boutique property. Spotlessly clean. The staff make you feel like you're at home. I love the location which is secluded with beautiful vistas a short walk away through a garden gate, while also being close to several beaches. Will definitely come here a third time!
Marbella Guest House is a charming and secluded guesthouse. The rooms are spacious and spotless, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the food is delicious. The location is perfect for those who want to be close to the beach but still enjoy a quiet and peaceful stay. I highly recommend Marbella Guest.
The delightful ambience of the colonial Portuguese Villa (incl period furniture) together with the lovely garden with shade. Sajjan ( manager), the chefs and all the staff were extremely helpful and kind. We were keen on experiencing Goan food and really loved it there. It was a quiet haven at the end of a private road - ideal to start our holiday touring Goa. The walk to Sinquerim Beach is on level ground. Look forward to returning soon.
It’s a quiet isle of paradise and a perfect getaway from noisy streets of this area.
We booked a deluxe room with a private garden terrace - very spacious suite with beautiful arabian design elements.
There are cute dogs living in the villa and around - total plus for me as a dog lover. Staff was very friendly.
Couple of times we had room visitors like a lizard or a tiny frog who jumped from the garden, but that’s allright with this amount of greenery.
