We really enjoyed our stay here. Elegant and authentic old world Italian charm, in the centre of a stunning medieval village. Spacious, clean and comfortable. The shops and restaurants are within minutes’ walk. It would make a great base to explore the area. The host is fantastic; communication was excellent, checking in and out very easy. I would definitely stay here again and thoroughly recommend it.

Set within 21 km of Cascata delle Marmore and 28 km of Piediluco Lake, B&B Home XIX offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Narni.

Our first night in Italy was made easier by our friendly and helpful hosts. Located just inside the town gates, we stayed in the pink room, which was immaculate and very quiet. We were able to park and off load our luggage opposite the accommodation and then found a park, just outside the gates. Breakfast was a simple affair with delicious homemade cakes, pastries, ham, cheese, toast, tea and coffee.

Located in the old city centre in a quiet road without cars going through, restaurants/café/shops close by. Nice little terrace though in winter it was too cold to sit outside. Electric heating gets rooms sufficiently warm. Very friendly and responsive owner.

We loved this place! It's in a converted palace so it has lots of character, charm. Our room was huge and well maintained, and it overlooked the street below, with windows we could open. It was quiet while we were there, but could possibly be a bit noisy if the windows were open and people were in the streets. The breakfast was simple, but fine for us as the coffee was very good. The location is very central, and we were able to park nearby.

Patrizia ist a great host. She was very friendly and explained everything to me. This is a very beautiful Villa full of the good spirit of art and culture. If you wanna have an excellent dinner, ask for Locanda, at the end of the road. I can highly recommend this place!

Great location and lovely house. This was genuine Italy with all its charm in a delightful small town. Patrizia went out of her way to make sure we were all contented and it goes without saying that we were. We will be back!

We visited many places in Italy and this was by far the most charming. If you prefer hard rock do not go there, If you prefer an authentic and stylish atmosphere nothing compares.
