This is a lovely, quiet oasis set down smack in the middle of centro - you could not find a better location. We enjoyed our stay in the suite, which had a small, well-equipped kitchen. Wifi was good, the host was lovely and avaialable for anything we needed. Will definitely return if I am in the area again.

We stayed in the lower level apartment (not underground and had good natural light) . Everything seemed brand new, extremely clean and comfortable and very spacious. The breakfast in the morning was great and the owners were delightful!

The hostess and staff were very nice and friendly and the service was excellent! La Rosa Antica also exceeded our expectations with it's great breakfast and good customer care.

This property is a little gem. Note that we were there off season, so it was very quiet. Easy stroll to restaurants in the historic center. Immaculately clean room and private bathroom. Wake up early and see the sun rise over the Adriatic. The breakfast was embarrassingly generous. I was tempted to stay another night just to enjoy the terrace and lounge chairs. The proprietor is the sweetest person - so kind and personable. Even water snd tarralli as a welcome gift.

Corte Janca provides an indoor pool and free private parking, and is within 27 miles of Roca and 29 miles of Piazza Mazzini. The air-conditioned accommodations are 30 miles from Piazza Sant'Oronzo.

Amazing stay! By far, the best place we stayed at in Puglia and wished we stayed longer. Owner/family are super nice, very welcoming, gave us great recommendations. Nice breakfast, amazing room, bathroom, spa facilities. All in all, the perfect stay! I strongly recommend, you will not regret it.

B&B San Vito enjoys a location in Tricase, 31 miles from Roca and 10 miles from Grotta Zinzulusa.

This was a 10☆ accomodation. Great communication with owners, easy check-in, very clean & quiet, great location. Breakfast was excellent. Fredericka who arrived to put out breakfast could not have been nicer. We spent 12 nights walking Via Francigena and this was easily the nicest place we stayed.
