Perfect old town location, just steps from the Corso Cavour, the Main Street. Clean, comfortable room. Pleasant owner and check-in experience. Pre-check-in instructions included a video link showing the way to the property. Perfect for any fears of overstepping into a ZTL area.

Very tastefully decorated brand new apartments. Perfectly clean. And very convenient if your group has both bedrooms. In this case you get a spacious common area with a well-equipped kitchen, a private patio only for yourself. Otherwise, you will share the kitchen with dining room and patio with your neighbors. The location is very convenient, because you are in the city, although not quite in the central square, but very close to it. If even for an additional fee, you can get a parking space for your car in a private yard, which is really convenient. Although getting into that yard requires some skills (we needed the help of the hosts :).

Amazing! Honestly jaw dropping views from a beautiful olive grove over the valley. The grotto is incredibly quirky and comfortable. A highlight of my trip. A wonderful warm host. I highly recommend this - I managed to get a last minute booking and was so happy that night- I could have easily stayed longer

A very nice house set in it's own gardens looking across a small valley to the town of Montecchio. The view from the terrace where you have breakfast is really lovely. The room was a good size, very clean. The location is excellent for visiting the surrounding area, and very quiet. The owner is extremely nice and made it a very pleasant stay. One special mention for the Trattoria Kilometro Nero in the town - excellent food and service. The town had a "bigne" festival at the time with street parties which made for special evenings

We liked the autonomy in having a place to ourselves. We had everything we needed plus some extras like bottled water and juices. I liked having heat indoors while it was cold outside. The view of the valley was wonderful and the sun room was great to relax in and watch the sunrise. We were happy to be able to bring our dog at no extra charge.

Such a cozy sleep in the most beautiful setting. The host was great and the breakfast was truly unbelievable, like a storybook. Great stop on our way from Rome to Tuscany.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
We loved staying at Antonio's villa. Amazing view and vibe.
Antonio and family were charming and extremely helpful with everything.
Thank you for a magical experience 🙏
Heaven on earth
The place is charming, located amongst vineyards, overlooking the city of Orvieto. The room is large and clean, nestled in a beautiful building. The pool is spacious and well maintained. Around the pool there are places to sit and chaise longues where you can simply relax and soak up the atmosphere of Umbria.
The garden is stunning in its beauty, and has more other places to relax.
The breakfast is excellent, the jams are very special.
I will definitely be back
Perfect location in the quiet place. A lot of space inside and outside. Wonderfull landscape of winehills. Very friendly and helpfull host. Welcome drink in the frigde.
The location was great with lovely views from the hilltop, the people were delightful and very helpful. There was a nice restaurant just at the bottom of the hill and Orvietto was a short drive away. Plus the cheapest fuel we found at the bottom of the hill as well.
Our hosts were lovely and very friendly. This is a family run farm and it is quiet and in a rural location. They have well looked after family pets so if you don't like animals, this is not for you. Breakfast was good and plentiful. We would stay again if in the area as we were really only passing through a beautiful part of Italy. A good base for Orvieto and other historic towns around, and close to several large lakes. They gave us local tourist information and an excellent place to eat.
A perfect place to have a nice quiet and relaxing holiday. The house is beautiful! We were there 8 people altogether and it was just perfect for us. Enough rooms and toilets. The pool area is also amazing, we love our stay here. There is also a lot to see in the neigbourhood villages.
